UNESCO Pledges to Promote Tanzanian Cultural Heritage

Paris: Ottone made the pledge in a discussion with Tanzania's Minister for Natural Resources and Tourism, Dr. Pindi Chana, in Paris, France. In their meeting, they discussed advancing efforts to support Tanzania's preservation of its unique cultural heritage and attractions.

According to Nam News Network, the Director also pledged to strengthen cooperation between UNESCO and Tanzania in the conservation of World Heritage Sites located in the country. The commitment signifies a collaborative effort to preserve and promote the rich cultural heritage that Tanzania offers, ensuring that these sites remain protected and appreciated by future generations.
