Lagos: Gtext Holdings, a real estate and technology conglomerate, has unveiled a groundbreaking reality television show to foster entrepreneurship and empower the next generation of leaders. The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Stephen Akintayo, announced this initiative at a news conference in Lagos.
According to News Agency of Nigeria, Dr. Akintayo emphasized that the reality television show is set to surpass any in Nigeria in terms of scope and prize value. The unprecedented show aims to identify and mentor future industry giants. The winner will receive a grand prize package, including a N100 million cash prize, a one billion Naira Joint Venture Land Partnership, a one-year apprenticeship as CEO under Dr. Akintayo, and participation in international business trips for global exposure and networking.
Dr. Akintayo highlighted that this initiative is designed as the ultimate platform for transforming entrepreneurial talent into generational wealth. He noted that Gtext Holdings had previously announced a suite of ambitious initiatives across its sectors, including a major new housing development, the launch of a revolutionary youth empowerment reality show, and an upcoming high-profile leadership conference. These initiatives underscore Gtext's commitment to empowering African youth and delivering world-class infrastructure.
Furthermore, Gtext Holdings has launched 1,000 new housing units in Jasper, located in the Ibeju-Lekki area of Lagos State. The project, part of the company's efforts to address the urgent need for quality and sustainable housing in the region, will begin with an initial 200 units, with the official launch and groundbreaking scheduled for January 31, 2026. An exclusive pre-launch release of 50 units has already seen 12 units sold.
