African Young Leaders Diplomatic Conference Kicks Off in Addis Ababa

Addis Ababa: The African Young Leaders Diplomatic Conference has commenced today in Addis Ababa in the presence of senior government officials.

According to Ethiopian News Agency, former Prime Minister of Ethiopia, Hailemariam Desalegn and Minister of Women and Social Affairs Ergoge Tesfaye along with other high-ranking government officials attended the opening of the conference. The conference is intended to raise awareness among young people about diplomacy and international relations.

It has also been stated that it is an important platform for young people to develop knowledge and skills in leadership, diplomacy, and negotiation issues within the context of global affairs. The conference, organized by the Ethiopian Youth Dialogue for Peace Association in collaboration with the Continental Youth Alliance, will be held for the next three days starting today.
