Addis Ababa Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed today participated in the third round of nationwide cleaning-up campaign through sweeping the streets in Addis Ababa.
The campaign initiated by Premier Abiy aimed at building clean, green and trendy cities in Ethiopia in the efforts to build livable urban areas.
Moreover, the campaign persuades residents to strive in cleaning their localities and make the environment a better place to live.
Top government officials, including Oromia Regional State Deputy President, Shimeles Abdissa, artists and other public figures have participated on the third cleaning campaign.
Prime Minister Abiy has planted tree seedlings in the premises of Oromia Regional State Head Office in Addis Ababa after cleaning the city's streets.
