SUDAN TO ATTEND MEETINGS OF AFRICAN MINERALS TRAINING CENTRE IN TANZANIA

KHARTOUM, Sept 13 (NNN-SUNA) - State Minister at the Ministry of Minerals Aushake Mohamed Ahmed leave Friday for Tanzania to lead Sudan's delegation participating in the meetings of the African Minerals Training Centre.

The centre's annual meetings are attended by minerals ministers of African countries which are members of the centre. The centre specializes in the training of personnel and Sudan is one of its founding member States.

The centre is currently headed by Professor Ibrahim Shadad of Sudan.

The State Minister said Sudan benefitted from the centre's training programmes, and the meetings would review the centre's accomplished projects and future's plans.
